Not every product is going to be the right match for every skin type. We understand this which is why we're committed to helping you find the perfect match for you. 

If you are not satisfied with your product please reach out to us at support@hibiyouth.com within 180 days of your purchase and we will happily assist you, including a phone call if you desire. Sometimes getting a product to work for your skin is as simple as a small tweak or tip to your routine. If the product is just not a good match for your skin we will help you find one that is and will ship it to you free of charge. 

Return conditions

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for used products, however, we accept returns for any unopened products within 30 days of your order if you change your mind. Customers may mail back unopened products at their expense. Upon receipt of the item a full refund for item price will be issued, excluding any of the original shipping or handling charges. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must be in original packaging and sellable condition to receive a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an unfulfilled order please reach out to use at support@hibiyouth.com. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
